Abstract
Important oedema of the scrotum started six months ago in a 27-year-old man. There was no lymphnode, no lymphedema of the lower limbs; no attack of infections, no lymphatic obstruction or defect was seen. As the research of causes was negative, this condition was called primary lymphedema of the penis and scrotum.
